This poster was created for Queens of the Stone Age, as part of the Alive in the Catacombs tour, for the April 24th show in Joshua Tree.
The visual direction draws from the raw desert aesthetic tied to the band’s identity, with the Joshua Tree as a central element representing the region’s atmosphere. The concept then shifts into the darker tone of the “Alive in the Catacombs” tour, where stacked skulls create a dense background. At the center, a ribcage frames the composition, with the Joshua Tree blooming from within, contrasting life and death.
